- “Client” means you, your dependants, any client of yours, or any third party visiting this Website.
- “Contract” means a legally binding agreement concluded upon payment or upon acceptance of our Terms and Conditions either in writing or by clicking the “ACCEPT” button on our website during registration (whichever is earlier).
- “Services” means the provision of our immigration advice services as stated on our website.
- “Home Office” relates to the UK Government department that issues visas to foreign nationals.
- “OISC” relates to the Office of Immigration Service Commissioner.
- “Profile” means the information provided by the Client.
- “Client Login Area” means the secure online system managed by Mayfair Visa.

Communications
By communicating with Mayfair Visa through email or the Client Login Area, you agree to electronic means of communication. All communications, including contracts, notices, information, and other communications that we provide electronically comply with legal requirements. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
We will communicate with you by email, through the Client Login Area, or by posting notices on this Website.
Eligibility Assessment Questionnaire & Interview Questionnaire
- The Eligibility Assessment Questionnaire determines your eligibility for a particular visa category.
- The Interview Questionnaire gathers additional information to assist us in providing personalized visa application services.
- Do not rely solely on the results of these assessments as true indications of your visa eligibility.
Verification of Client’s Information
Mayfair Visa will not verify the information provided by the client. We rely on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by you.
Types of Services
Mayfair Visa offers tailored services based on clients’ requirements. Detailed descriptions of our services are available on our Website.
Manage Your Application
This service includes a step-by-step guide to applying for a visa, including personalized assessments, document lists, templates, application forms, and submission details. This service is not covered under our no-win, no-fee policy.
Full Representation – Postal Service or Premium Service
This service involves managing your entire application process, including liaising with the Home Office. This service is covered under our no-win, no-fee policy.
Document Verification Service
This service includes a one-hour consultation to review all paperwork and application forms, providing feedback and advice. This service is not covered under our no-win, no-fee policy.
Telephone Consultation
This service includes a one-hour telephone consultation to discuss visa eligibility and the application process. This service is not covered under our no-win, no-fee policy.
Face-to-Face Consultation
This service includes a one-hour in-person consultation to discuss visa eligibility and the application process. This service is not covered under our no-win, no-fee policy.
Form Filling Service
This service involves filling out visa application forms relevant to you. This service is not covered under our no-win, no-fee policy.
Period of Engagement of Service
Upon payment or acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, you engage us for the relevant services. The period of engagement starts at this time and completes when we deliver the purchased service.
Delivery of Service
Service delivery times vary by service type:
- Manage Your Application: Within two (2) working days from payment receipt.
- Full Representation – Postal Service or Premium Service: As agreed upon initial engagement, completing once a decision is made by the Home Office.
- Document Verification Service: As agreed upon initial engagement, completing after the one-hour consultation.
- Telephone Consultation: As agreed upon initial engagement, completing after the one-hour consultation.
- Face-to-Face Consultation: As agreed upon initial engagement, completing after the one-hour consultation.
- Form Filling Service: As agreed upon initial engagement, completing once the application form is filled and finalized.
Your Responsibilities
By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you agree to:
- Assist Mayfair Visa reasonably.
- Pay Mayfair Visa for services and any related expenses.
- Provide accurate information throughout the engagement period.
For Full Representation Service clients, additional responsibilities include:
- Disclosing any issues relating to good character.
- Providing contact details and notifying Mayfair Visa of any changes.
- Responding to requests for further information/documents promptly.
- Ensuring documents are original, accurate, and genuine.
- Not contacting issuing authorities directly after submission of the visa application.
- Informing Mayfair Visa of urgent communications from Immigration authorities.
- Providing further information/documents in a timely manner.
Failure to comply may result in suspension of the Client’s file with no refund.
Our Fees
Fees paid to Mayfair Visa are for the provision of services listed on our Website. You are responsible for paying all applicable fees and taxes. Home Office fees or Government fees may change, and it is your responsibility to pay these fees.
Payment should be made within five (5) working days of accepting the Terms and Conditions. Payment methods include bank transfer, UK credit cards, cheque, or bankers draft. We do not accept American Express. If paying through PayPal, additional charges apply.
Our fees do not include Home Office fees, visa fees, or other disbursements such as translation fees, NARIC fees, or courier fees.
Refund Policy
The refund policy depends on the type of service purchased:
- Manage Your Application: Full refund within 24 hours of payment if the service has not been provided or commenced. Partial refunds apply if the service has been partially commenced.
- Full Representation – Postal Service or Premium Service: Refunds are based on stages of the application process, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
- Document Verification Service, Telephone Consultation, Face-to-Face Consultation, Form Filling Service: Full refund before service commencement.
Refunds are processed within ten (10) working days upon receipt of written confirmation. No refunds are available if the client is in default of the terms.
No Win No Fee
The ‘No Win No Fee’ applies only to the Full Representation Service. It does not apply if the client fails to provide requested documents or if any information provided is false or misleading. Refunds under this guarantee are made only after the complete refusal of the application.
Complaints
Mayfair Visa is committed to resolving complaints quickly and effectively. Complaints should be submitted in writing and will be acknowledged within two (2) working days. Complaints will be resolved within 15 working days. Unresolved complaints can be escalated to the OISC.
Liability
Mayfair Visa is not responsible for the safety of client documents while in transit. We are not liable for financial loss due to visa delays or failures. Our liability is limited to professional fees paid.
Termination of Service
We may terminate the Contract immediately if you:
- Fail to pay the price.
- Breach any term of the Contract.
- Improperly use the Website.
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Fail to provide instructions.
Clients may terminate the agreement by giving written notice through the Client Login Area. Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including acts of God, government actions, war, terrorism, protests, riots, fires, floods, strikes, or other industrial actions.
Licence to Use Website
We or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for personal use, subject to the restrictions set out in the Terms of Use.
You must not:
- Republish material from the website.
- Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the website.
