FAMILY VISAS
UK Family visas are tailored for migrants who wish to come to or stay in the UK as partners, children, or elderly dependent relatives of individuals already residing in the country. This visa category permits British nationals, individuals with Indefinite Leave to Remain status, and EEA nationals living in the UK to sponsor their partners, parents, and children to join them and settle in the UK.
Marriage Visa UK / Fiance Visa
Applicants under the Family Visa UK route are permitted to enter the UK as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner of a British citizen or someone settled in the UK. They must plan to marry or register their civil partnership within 6 months of arriving in the UK and intend to live together permanently afterwards.
PBS Dependent Visa
The PBS Dependant visa is for partners and dependent children of migrants who have temporary (limited) permission to live in the UK. This visa allows them to join and live with the primary visa holder.
UK Partner Visa
A UK Partner visa allows applicants who are the spouse, civil partner, or unmarried partner of a UK citizen or someone with settled status in the UK to come and live with their partner.
