No. We are a private immigration consultancy firm and specialised in UK immigration laws. We are regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) to provide immigration services. In the case of visa applications, the services we offer are preparation and presentation of an application on behalf of our clients. A client can be either a UK employer or a candidate wishing to obtain visa or entry clearance.

We cannot find an employer or sponsor for your visa application. Only the UK employer who is sponsoring an individual can directly employ them and issue a Certificate of Sponsorship to them. We are not involved in recruitment process and do not help individuals to find employers or assist  employers to find staff. Our ability to operate as an impartial representative depends on our lack of involvement in this way.

Being one of the largest economies in the world, UK provides an opportunity to highly valued migrants to come to UK under different work and business routes. There are different routes like Tier 1 (General), Tier 2 Migrant, Tier 1 (Entrepreneurs) or Tier 1 (Investor), where you can live and work in the UK. We can assist and advise you to obtain work visa and all about the requirements.

Even if you do not meet the current requirement, we can advice you on alternative visas or how improve your situation to qualify for a work visa.

Visitors are seen at our office strictly by appointment. We are not able to see individuals without having some initial assessment of information.

We deal with people based all over the world, and our ability to help them is not hindered by the fact that we can’t yet meet them. We have successfully dealt with their application by communicating, via telephone, email and post.

Our services depend on clear communication and accurate information. Adding extra links in the chain of communication can inhibit clear communication and cause misunderstandings. Our services are not appropriate for reseller agreements.
